Hi Tony Nice study and great review, i have found the only reliable way to measure increase in muscle size is to use Ultra sound, Though i have used OMRON bio impedance scales for many years now and as long as the measurement is taken "dry" after waking up no water or food. the fat% is very close to ultrasound measurements. However the ultrasound scan will show the cross sectional area of the muscle allowing measurement down to the mm. Nice to see the simple bands on offer, as an easy alternative to The Kaatsu Master.
